# Part-Time Parts Driver (Light Duty) **Position Summary** The Part-Time Parts Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery and pickup of automotive, truck, or equipment parts to customers, vendors, and company locations. This position also performs light-duty tasks within the parts department, including inventory assistance, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean work area. ## Key Responsibilities - Deliver parts and supplies to customers, repair facilities, and other company locations. - Pick up parts, returns, and materials from vendors and suppliers. - Verify orders and ensure accurate delivery documentation. - Load and unload parts safely and efficiently. - Maintain delivery schedules and routes in a professional manner. - Inspect company vehicles and report maintenance issues promptly. - Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. - Pull parts orders and prepare deliveries as needed. - Keep the parts department and storage areas clean and organized. - Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times. - Follow all company policies and safety procedures. ## Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to operate company vehicles safely. - Basic knowledge of automotive or equipment parts preferred. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ## Physical Requirements - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. - Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. - Ability to enter and exit delivery vehicles multiple times throughout the day. - Capability to perform light warehouse and stocking duties. ## Work Schedule - Part-time position. - Flexible schedule, including weekdays and occasional weekends as needed. ## Compensation - Hourly pay based on experience. - Additional benefits may be available according to company policy. **Reports To:** Parts Manager or Parts Department Supervisor
