Parts Counter Attendant

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Answer parts phone calls. - Assist customers with their parts needs. - Issue parts to shop mechanics. - Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts. - Utilize parts data bases. \* Research back-orders. - Research customer credit status. **Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:** - Mechanical aptitude. - Familiarity with product line. - Customer service skills. - Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills. - Ability to learn new systems.
