**De Pere , WI** 📍 Transport Refrigeration, Inc. Transport Refrigeration is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you! In this role, you’ll help manage incoming and outgoing parts, support inventory control, and assist both customers and technicians with parts needs. **Schedule** - Monday–Friday - No weekends! **Benefits** - Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance - Employer HSA Contributions - Employer-Paid Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance - 401(k) with Company Match after 1 year - PTO starts accruing on Day 1 - Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities **What You’ll Do** - Receive, inspect, stock, and organize parts inventory - Operate a forklift to load and unload deliveries - Prepare shipments including packaging, labeling, and invoicing - Build A/C hoses, kits, and custom parts orders - Assist with inventory counts and parts returns - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Accurately identify and pull part numbers - Support internal and external customers with parts needs **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent - Forklift certification required - Strong communication and customer service skills - Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company software - Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally - Valid driver’s license required - Ability to work overtime or travel for training when needed **Why Join Transport Refrigeration?** We are a growing company that values teamwork, reliability, and hard work.
