About the role: The Parts Associate will support parts and materials flow in our Mississauga reconditioning facility. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, organizing parts, and ensuring production has what it needs when it needs it. What you’ll do: Quote, order, receive, organize, and store incoming parts and materials in designated storage areas Track inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure parts are available when needed (measured by inventory accuracy and stock availability) Deliver parts and materials to production areas or other locations as required Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing parts using inventory management systems Verify part numbers, quantities, and quality against purchase orders or production needs Follow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines Work with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requests Report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptly Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficient What we’re looking for: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario) Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions Clean criminal background check Legally authorized to work in Canada Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario Availability: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed Other items to note: Strong organizational skills and clear communication Teamwork and problem resolution/analysis Customer service orientation Ability to work in a production environment Physical and mental effort required for parts handling It’d be great if you have: Previous experience in parts, inventory, or material handling Familiarity with inventory tracking systems Why you’ll love it at Clutch: Autonomy & ownership — opportunity to build your process and influence the company workforce at every level Help shape the future of car buying and selling in Canada by supporting quality operations Broad and direct ownership over parts coordination during a phase of rapid growth Top-of-market compensation and above-market health & dental benefits Employment Type: Existing, Permanent Full‑Time Compensation & Benefits: Wage: $20.00 per hour Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental care, vision care, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage; start from day 1 Pay decisions reflect objective criteria: skills, performance, market benchmarking, responsibilities, and working conditions Clutch is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals have an opportunity to succeed.
