Someone who can build and execute strategic plans, manage P&L performance, optimize process flow, and lead a team to deliver world-class customer experiences and financial results.** **What You’ll Do:** - As our Parts and Service Director, you will lead and develop our Parts & Service teams (40+ employees) with a focus on accountability, customer experience, and operational excellence. - Manage financial performance through data-driven decisions, forecasting, expense control, and continuous improvement. - Develop and execute business plans that align with dealership and manufacturer objectives. - Apply *Lean principles* and process improvement methods to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Partner with senior leadership to drive initiatives in growth, productivity, and innovation. - Champion the Toyota brand and uphold the Dick Hannah reputation for integrity and excellence. **Who You Are:** You may come from automotive, logistics, retail operations, or another complex, customer-facing business.
