You sit between the partner's operational reality, the Microsoft technical foundation, and the AvePoint Elements value story, guiding partners to standardize delivery across many customer tenants, reduce operational overhead, improve security posture, and build repeatable service offerings around Intune, Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience designing, managing, securing, and scaling Microsoft 365 environments, with particular expertise in Entra ID, Intune, and Azure, ideally gained within an MSP. This is not a traditional consulting role. Rather than advising from the sidelines, you'll work directly with our partners to help them operationalize, standardize, and scale their managed services, ensuring technology is successfully adopted and embedded into their day-to-day operations. This role is post-sale . It lives where partner adoption either scales or stalls: after the commercial decision and before the partner is fully operational on Elements as the backbone of their managed services. Your success is measured by partner onboarding, adoption, enablement, and long-term success on the AvePoint platform. Responsibilities The Partner Enablement Engineer supports MSP partners after sale by helping them adopt and operationalize AvePoint Elements alongside Microsoft cloud technologies. The role combines technical expertise, MSP business understanding, and strong partner-facing communication skills. You will help partners standardize delivery across tenants, improve operational efficiency, strengthen security, and build scalable managed service offerings. Lead onboarding and enablement engagements for new MSP partners adopting AvePoint Elements. Help MSP partners define and mature service offerings around Intune, Azure, user and device management, lifecycle management, and multi-tenant governance. Translate partner operational challenges into practical technical and business recommendations. Run discovery, onboarding, training, and enablement sessions with partner stakeholders across technical, commercial, and service delivery teams. Guide partners from project-based delivery toward repeatable managed service models. Identify adoption blockers and work cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Product, Partner Success, and Partner Sales teams to resolve them. Support the development of scalable partner playbooks, onboarding frameworks, service templates, and best practices. Demonstrate how AvePoint Elements complements Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID in multi-tenant MSP environments. Deliver workshops, technical training sessions, and enablement programs to increase partner capability and self-sufficiency. Capture partner feedback and provide input into product development, enablement content, and go-to-market initiatives. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to partner organizations throughout their onboarding and growth journey. OK, I'm interested... is this the job for me?
