The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders to support their access to the educational environment and promote academic, social, and functional success. The Speech-Language Pathologist collaborates closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized interventions aligned with student needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current Indiana Professional Licensing Agency Speech-Language Pathology license Valid Indiana Department of Education Communication Disorders teaching license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience in a school setting is preferred Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Essential Responsibilities Assessment and Evaluation Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations to determine student eligibility for speech-language services.
