Officers must remain alert, professional, and proactive throughout their shift — representing the standard of excellence our client expects on-site. Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely ma…
