Part Time Sample Coordinator

**Position Summary:** Responsibilities involve organizing and cataloging new samples. **Position responsibilities:** - Proofread sample identifying information for accuracy - Work with Design to verify quality and additional product specifications - Managing daily workflow and projects independently, while providing general support to Design team for daily tasks - Ship packages and samples daily both domestically and internationally - Organize and prep the show line for customer showings - Maintain Design department archive samples - Receive production cuts, maintain and organize fabric shelves each season - Work with Design team to assemble samples, and tag samples to ship to customers - Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or defective samples. - Coordinate all window sampling - Assemble contract binders as needed - Update Customer Sample Management program in Monday.com - Other duties assign by leadership **Essential Skills and Experience:** - Capable of following up with diligence, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and multi-tasking. - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook - AS400 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. **Education requirements:** - High School Diploma or GED
