As an Operations Associate , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the store’s operational efficiency while supporting the customer experience from behind the scenes. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for sales operations will help create seamless and effective back-of-house processes. You’ll lead and manage the back-of-house team to ensure flawless execution of merchandise processing, inventory control, and store organization. By working closely with your team, you’ll ensure operations run smoothly, allowing the customer-facing aspects of the store to shine. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you’ll assist with key tasks such as managing inventory, ensuring compliance with store procedures, and supporting visual merchandising efforts. What You’ll Do: Leadership & Operational Excellence Lead by example in all back-of-house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all tasks. Ensure seamless coordination between back-of-house and sales floor operations to support overall store performance. Inventory Management & Merchandise Processing Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check-in, stock processing, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs (Return to Vendor), and liquidation. Implement procedures to ensure timely and accurate stock handling, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency. Visual Merchandising & Product Presentation Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance to uphold brand standards.
