You'll work with individuals with **autism spectrum disorder (ASD)**, **ADHD**, **sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.** You'll foster each child's **sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence** through: - Providing **individualized therapy and facilitating small group sessions for our therapeutic Summer Camp** - Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as **DIR/Floortime,** **Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration** - **Collaborating daily** with physical and speech therapists, and social workers - Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care **Compensation** - **Competitive Hourly Rate: $38-$41/hour** #### **Schedule & Location** - **Schedule**: Part-Time; 10-15 hours/week - **Summer Camp Dates:** July 6th - July 31st - **Location**: West Loop 1409 W.
