Part Time Nanny – Falls Church, VA A family in Falls Church, VA 22042 is seeking an experienced and compassionate nanny who has experience in child-led care for a 1 year old. The right candidate must be genuinely comfortable following Mom’s lead rather than applying conventional nanny methods. Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM 15-20 hours per week guaranteed Family Specifications: Smoke-free home 1 large 90lb dog Parents value open communication and building a long-term relationship with the right caregiver Child-Led & Low-Stimulation activities with child independence Child is breast-fed Responsibilities: Provide attentive child-led care Support developmental activities appropriate for the child’s age and needs but allow for child independence Light housekeeping (laundry, bottles/dishes, tidying play areas, light organization) Maintain a safe and nurturing environment Help with quick errands such as grocery shopping Requirements: Experience caring for infants/toddlers Experience with child-led care Comfortable working in a home with a large dog Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred: CPR and First Aid certified Compensation: $25–$28 per hour (commensurate with experience) All candidates will be subject to a background check.
