This is a Part-Time RoleLocations: Bay Area - San Francisco, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Oakland, Berkeley, and surrounding areas. YOUR MISSION As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include: Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service. Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite. Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity. Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership. Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage. Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority. Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests. Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems. Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations. What You Bring: Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST) Certifications & Credentials: Valid Guard Card, Firearm Permit & CCW/LEOSA/HR 218 U.S. Passport & Driver’s License High School Diploma or GED American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy Abiltity to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT) Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location) Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening Skills & Attributes: Command presence and confidence under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities Physical readiness and mental resilience Discretion, integrity, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications: Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit EMT license strongly considered, but not required Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes Elite Ben…
