Part Time Delivery Driver

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this **Part Time Delivery Driver** opportunity at **NDX Dental Art Laboratory** in **Lansing, MI**. **The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, working two (2) to three (3) days of the week between Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.** **Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:** - Learn delivery route(s) as assigned - Provide daily deliveries and pick-ups as requested and assigned - Disinfect cases returned to lab - Represent the laboratory with courtesy, respect and focus - Advise appropriate lab contact with any office concerns, doctor communications, etc. - Clean work area (vehicle) daily - All other duties as assigned **Skills and Abilities Required:** - Personable individual with good oral communication skills - Excellent listening skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Customer service focused - Professional and neat in appearance - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English **Minimum Education and Experience Required:** - Required: Valid driver’s license and able to maintain an acceptable driving record - Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent **Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:** - Company Automobile - Additional materials or equipment, as required - Personal protective equipment, as required **Physical Requirements:** - Physical stamina to drive for extended periods of time - Regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach - Repeatedly getting in and out of an automobile multiple times a day - Ability to read required documentation - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Fine motor skills and ability to perform repetitive motions - Vision capabilities, including depth perception, attention to detail, and color
