We operate 24/7/365, so this position requires availability to work holidays and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). **Requirements:** - Skills: 35+ WPM typing speed, strong computer literacy, solid written communication, and a calm, professional demeanor with upset callers. - Hardware: Windows 10 or 11 PC or Laptop (No Apple Products, tablets, or Chromebooks), with 1GB of storage and a screen resolution of 1600 X 900.
