Other duties may be assigned** | | --- | | **Operational Excellence** Receives and completes daily work orders as directed. Performs maintenance duties to the buildings, grounds, and equipment according to required specifications for safety and appearance. Performs routine cleaning of building, floors, windows, restrooms, carpets, trash removal, grounds, sidewalks, and trash pick-up Maintains the park area by trimming trees, clearing brush and landscaping the property as required. Effectively and safely operates pole saw, table saws, band saws, drills, string trimmers, landscape blowers and other hand tools as required to get the job done. Basic painting including picnic tables, trash cans and shelters. Ensures that all work performed is conducted in a safe and timely manner adhering to standards of cleanliness and effective equipment utilization. Utilize the Rockford Park District's HRIS system for all HR and payroll-related requirements and to accurately clock in and out for all shifts. Assists with delivery of supplies to various buildings.
