Auburn Hills is committed to providing high quality, affordable programs for all ages and abilities. **General Purpose:** Supervise events and functions in Hawk Woods Lodge, maintain the lodge and surrounding property, remove trash and litter, handle renters of the cabins, organizing, inventory and stocking of supplies, cleaning the lodge and cabins after rentals. **Schedule:** Permanent Part-Time (limited to 29 hours per week). The hours and times for this position vary greatly throughout the year depending on volume of rentals, weather and seasonal changes. Shift lengths vary depending on assignments and can range from 2 hours for a simple cabin check-in to 7 hours for a building supervisor shift. Our parks are busiest in the afternoons, on weekends and during the warm weather months. conditions). **Preferred Qualifications:** (A) Must be 18 years or older and graduation form a high school or GED equivalent (B) Possess a valid motor vehicle license with acceptable history (C) Ability to perform the essential duties of the job such as park patrol & trash removal (D) Availability that includes a variety of shifts, days, and weekends (E) Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds, walk or stand for long periods of time and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (F) Background check and other pre-employment screening as determined by the City **Pay Rate:** $15.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
