Paraprofessional - Young Adult Services Residential

About the Role As a Paraprofessional, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young adults behavioral health and similar needs in their recovery. You’ll provide these individuals with daily support and encourage independence and personal choice. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines Supporting medical needs and appointments Following individualized support and recovery plans Encouraging community involvement and social engagement Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff) Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team No two days are the same—and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Valid Connecticut Driver’s License Personal Insured Vehicle Experience supporting individuals is helpful—but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed. Pay $18.94 per hour Mileage Reimbursement for work-related travel
