If you desire to work with other talented people who share a passion for professionalism and growth, then a career with us may be a perfect fit for you! **Litigation Paralegal: Applicants must be based in the Texas or Oklahoma region.** We’re currently seeking a full-time Paralegal with civil litigation experience to support our attorneys in litigation-related matters and also to provide administrative support to the office staff. The ideal candidate is one who has experience drafting legal documents, has strong legal writing skills, is very organized, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This role offers clear career progression for a motivated individual looking to grow with us. ### Key Responsibilities - Assisting the firm’s attorneys in managing a high volume of litigation matters - Drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, settlement agreements, etc. - Communication with clients and opposing counsel - Research with regard to simple and complex legal matters - Administrative responsibilities such as client intake, organizing, and record keeping ### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Detail-oriented legal professional with 1.5+ years of practical civil litigation experience specializing in end-to-end case management and drafting - Exceptional legal writing skills - Possess superior organizational and time-management skills - Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm’s case management software - Highest ethical standards and professional integrity - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties - Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus - Paralegal Certification is a plus ### Benefits - Compensation is competitive and commensurate with expertise and previous experience - Monthly performance-based bonuses after 90 days of employment - Training & Guidance - Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits - 401(k) Benefits with Employer Match - Paid Time Off (PTO)
