The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and producing accurate, high-quality work product. In addition to maintaining corporate entity compliance and governance records, this position will provide substantive support on contracts, litigation, employment matters, insurance and risk management issues, corporate transactions, and special projects. Given the evolving needs of the business, responsibilities will vary and may change frequently, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to assume new responsibilities as needed.
