We invest in our employees and provide opportunities for continued learning and career growth. **Confidential Employer.** **Job Description** - Support attorneys throughout all phases of insurance defense litigation. - Draft, prepare, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence. - Manage case files and maintain litigation calendars and deadlines. - Coordinate document production and discovery. - Review, summarize, and organize medical records, accident reports, and other case documents. - Prepare exhibits, deposition materials, and trial notebooks. - Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel. - Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related events. - Assist attorneys with trial preparation and administrative litigation support. - Maintain accurate billing entries and case management records. **Qualifications** - 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred. - Experience supporting insurance defense, civil litigation, or general liability matters is preferred. - Knowledge of New York litigation procedures and court filings. - Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. - Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. - ABA Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience is a plus. **Why You Will Love Working Here** We offer challenging and rewarding legal work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued.
