What You'll Be Doing - Tear down used or damaged pallets safely and efficiently - Sort salvageable boards and materials from scrap, good stuff doesn't go to waste around here - Occasionally refurbish pallets that have some life left in them - Keep your area clean and organized so the whole crew can move safely and quickly - Work independently or alongside a small crew to hit daily throughput goals - Speak up when materials are running low or something needs attention Who We're Looking For - Dependable and punctual — you show up ready to work, especially for the 2nd shift - Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stay active through the full shift - Comfortable with basic hand tools like pry bars and hammers (or ready to learn) - A positive attitude, team mindset, and a good sense of humor go a long way - Must be 18 years of age or older.
