What You Will Be Doing - Building wooden pallets used for shipping and distribution - Using hand tools to handle and assemble materials safely and efficiently - Keeping your workspace clean and organized throughout the shift - Working independently and with a small team to hit daily production targets - Communicating openly with teammates about materials, workflow, and needs What You Bring - Reliability and a strong work ethic.
