These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.* More specifically, the employee owner will: - Make sure all chemicals are stored, used, and disposed of properly - Paint all required products correctly, and with exceptional quality - Assist in ordering paint and paint related equipment, as needed - Continually participate in additional training related to the job - Clean and maintain paint booth and equipment - Change thinner and paint when necessary - Color code product when specified - Perform required preventative maintenance for work area and paint booth and system - Record manometer readings and paint waste daily - Perform all activities in a manner that protects and promotes the health, safety and welfare of fellow workers, the community and the environment. Know and observe all plant safety rules applicable to your work. Report all unsafe practices and conditions to your supervisor at the first opportunity. - Strive to achieve the highest possible product quality. **QUALIFICATIONS** *To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
