Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Repairs and patches wallpaper as needed. Removes damaged drywall and wallpaper when necessary. Applies anti-fungal solutions where applicable using spray, brush, or roller. Prepares surfaces for painting or wallpapering after removing wallpaper. Installs and preps drywall for painting or wallpapering after removing damaged drywall. Prepares all areas for painting by cleaning surfaces and patching damaged and uneven areas. Protects areas around the painting site to prevent damage. Paints all areas to acceptable standards using approved facility colors. Maintains accurate records of painted rooms, including colors, brands, and color numbers. Keeps a par level of necessary supplies such as paints, plaster, sheetrock, and tiles. Other duties as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Proficiency in plastering, including preparation, application, and finishing - Skilled in the installation and repair of sheet rock/Duoro Rock and studs - Expertise in tiling, including the setting of vinyl, ceramic, and quarry tiles **Education:** - High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience [Required] **Work Experience:** - 0+ experience [Required] **Additional Information:** - N/A **Licenses and Certifications:** - Driver's License (DL) [Required] **Physical Requirements:** *(Please click the link below to view work requirements)* Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/4ew2su3y **Pay Range:** $19.22 - $35.75 **Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)** Certain positions are subject to **Florida Level 2 background screening**, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
