Apply today and become part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship. **Compensation & Schedule:** - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM - Starting pay: $25-$35 per hour - Full-time, benefits-eligible role **Benefits\:** - Excellent earning potential and advancement opportunities - Employee pricing on vehicles - Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental insurance - 401(k) with company contribution - Paid time off and company-paid holidays - Tuition reimbursement program **Responsibilities:** - Mix paint to match manufacture’s specifications - Prepare surfaces for new paint application using manual and power sanding tools - Refinish damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with dealership quality specifications and time standards - Remove rust from metal, grease, and dirt from work surfaces - Paint surface using sprayer or brush as appropriate - Maintain tools and keep equipment clean and in safe working order - Maintain and wear all safety and protective wear - Comply with laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials - Cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles **Requirements:** - 3+ years of professional painting experience - Valid Driver's License - Must have your own tools - Ability to accurately color match and mix paint, preferably using Sherwin-Williams paint - Experience preparing vehicles and equipment for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming - Ability to safely work from ladders and scaffolding - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship **Work Authorization** All Roads does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
