**Division:** Monroe Truck Equipment - Monroe, WI **Position:** Powder Coat Line **Status:** Fulltime **Shift:** 1st; 4:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Thursday **Responsibilities and Duties:** - Pour 55 pound powder boxes into reservoir of machine. - Couple hoses to spray nozzles. - Moves sleeve on nozzles to attain specified spraying pressure and turns thumbscrew to direct nozzles toward articles or materials to be coated. - Regulates temperature of coating solution. - Removes article and or materials from conveyor belt and places articles or materials in drying racks or containers. - Paints parts - Parts preparation with the use of chemicals and hand tools. **Qualification and Skills:** - Ability to lift 55 lbs. unassisted. - Ability to use a crane, tugger, hoists and forklifts - Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. - Ability to read and execute instructions as found on blueprints and job instructions. - Ability to perform basic math. - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. **We offer a competitive wage and benefit package including:** - 401k with Company Match After 90 Days - Health Insurance 1^st^ of the Month after Hire - Vision & Dental Insurance 1^st^ of the Month after Hire - Life & Disability Insurance 1^st^ of the Month after Hire - Flexible Spending - 80 Hours of Paid Vacation Upon Hire - Reimbursement for Work Boots and Prescription Safety Glasses - Holiday Package ***Monroe Truck Equipment is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.*** ***EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled***
