In this role, you’ll help people own it. ## About the Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and data-curious Paid Social Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team. You'll work closely with senior specialists and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across key platforms. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-moving, high-impact environment where your work directly drives growth. ## **Main Responsibilities** - Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X; - Monitor campaign performance daily, flagging trends and suggesting optimizations; - Assist in briefing UGC creators and coordinating content requests aligned to performance goals; - Help build and refine audience strategies using platform tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4); - Track competitor activity and surface relevant industry trends to the team; - Contribute to budget tracking and help maintain spend efficiency within set parameters; - Support senior team members with reporting, insights, and ad-hoc analysis ## **Core Requirements** - 1–2 years of experience in paid social (internship, in-house, or agency); - Familiarity with at least one major ads platform (Meta Ads Manager preferred); - A genuine interest in performance marketing and creative testing; - Comfort working with data — you don't need to be an analyst, but you should enjoy digging into numbers; - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; - B2C marketing exposure is a plus; - Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable asking questions; - Fluent English (written and spoken) ## **Nice to Have** - Exposure to app campaign management (iOS or Android); - Basic knowledge of GA4 or similar analytics tools; - Experience working with or briefing content creators ## **What We Offer** **Innovate with industry leaders** Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world. **Learn & grow** Boost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
