We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry. You'll manage the strategy and performance of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting their targets. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Activate campaigns with Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads. - Manage performance reporting, campaign analysis, and budget pacing to ensure clients meet their KPIs. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve account structure, targeting, bidding, and ad copy performance. - Collaborate with regional Paid Media teams to ensure consistent strategy execution across markets. - Monitor campaign tracking and data integrity using Google Analytics or other measurement tool - Support in Quarterly Business Reviews with the client. Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns. In particular, Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads (Bing). - 3–5 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns, ideally in an agency or performance marketing environment. - You can maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and process large amounts of data. - You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business. - Implement solutions to refine and automate processes. - Adapt strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
