Come join us at People Creating Success and explore communities, enrich passions and be a positive impact in other people’s lives as a Direct Support Professional in our supported living service program! ### Employment Information - Locations: San Fernando Valley, North Los Angeles, & Surrounding Areas! - Part-Time: $20 / hour - Day shifts - Mileage reimbursement - $10/month cell phone stipend ### Benefits - Health care benefits and PTO available if you transition to full time employment - Discounts on Pet Insurance - Cal-Savers retirement plan ### Your Responsibilities - Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting - Encourage and model independence, hobbies, and social activities - Assist participants access and participate in community activities - Assist with personal care such as medication support, hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required) - Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant - Record keep progress of care plan ### Who We’re Looking For - Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset - Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments - A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking - CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified) - Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required) - Able to be around cats ### Are You Passionate About Community Integration and Making a Meaningful Daily Impact?
