Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development. Requirements: HCPC registration and relevant OT qualifications. Sensory Integration training (minimum Module 1) – essential. Enhanced DBS check. Experience working with children with complex needs. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
