Overnight Veterinary Technician Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Schedule: This is a full time overnight position requiring 12-hour shifts (8 PM – 8 AM), three days per week. Shifts rotate between weekdays and weekends, with availability required on holidays. New Location Opening August 2026! Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Creve Coeur is hiring a full-time Overnight Veterinary Technician to join our founding team. Key Responsibilities: Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery. Safely handle and restrain animals with compassion. Communicate clearly with clients, including care instructions and status updates Perform technical duties such as lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement. Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medication dispensing. Help keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment clean, stocked, and ready. Follow hospital, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times. Qualifications: At least 2 years of veterinary experience is required. Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions. Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
