Overnight Pediatric Home Care RN/LPN – G-Tube, Vent & Trach

**NurseCore** is seeking an **overnight** **RN or LPN** to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a **6-month-old male patient** in the comfort of his home. If you have recent hands-on experience with **G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators,** we'd love to hear from you! **$1000 Sign-On Bonus!** **Pay**: - **$1000 Sign-On Bonus!** - LPN: $29/hour - RN: $40/hour **Schedule:** - Sunday – Thursday - 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM **What You'll Do:** - Manage **tracheostomy**, **ventilator**, airway care, suctioning, **G-tube** feedings, and medication administration. - Monitor the patient's condition and respond appropriately to respiratory changes. - Follow the physician's orders and individualized plan of care while working independently. - Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore team. - Complete accurate and timely documentation. **What You'll Bring** - Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with **G-tubes, tracheostomies**, and **ventilators**. - Active Nevada RN or LPN license. - At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience. - Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification. - Negative TB test completed within the past year. #INDLV
