Outside Sales Representative

## Overview Milton Rents is looking for a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to grow territory revenue through equipment sales and rentals. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on prospecting, winning new business, and closing deals. If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and driven by high earning potential, we want to talk to you. **Pay:** Salary + Commission ## Responsibilities **What You’ll Do** - Prospect daily and build a strong pipeline (cold calls, job sites, networking) - Win new accounts and grow existing relationships - Drive sales of light and heavy construction equipment - Meet with customers daily and close deals in the field - Own your territory and consistently exceed sales targets ## Qualifications **What You Bring** - Outside sales or territory sales experience - Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas - Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - High energy, self-discipline, and a “hunter” mindset - Valid driver’s license and willingness to be on the road **What You Get** - Base salary + commission (high earning potential) - Company vehicle + tools - Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) - 401(k) with match - PTO + holidays **About Us** Milton Rents is a growing equipment rental company with 16 locations across New England and Upstate New York.
