# **Outside Sales Representative** At Four Corners Building Supply we are looking for people who want to bring their passion and expertise to help our rapidly growing business. Our formula is simple, take exceptional care of our employees and they will take exceptional care of our customers. **Job Summary:** *We are looking for an individual with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to generate new business in a competitive market. Experience in construction, building materials, or millwork is highly preferred.* # **Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lumberyards, Dealers and other key customers - Promote and sell our full line of interior and exterior doors, frames, hardware, and related products - Manage an assigned sales territory, including regular jobsite and customer visits - Identify new business opportunities and consistently deliver exceptional customer service - Prepare accurate quotes, follow up on bids, and guide customers through the order and delivery process ### **Preferred qualifications:** - Experience in construction, building materials, or millwork - Prior outside sales experience - Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales goals - certifications ### **Skills:** - Strong oral and written communication skills - Highly organized with excellent time management skills - Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and at all organizational levels - Able to get work done independently and as a member of a team - Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy - Takes pride in completed works # **Benefits and rewards that we offer:** - Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Program - Generous Paid Time Off policy - Caregiver leave - Paid Holidays - 401(k) with a company match - Competitive Base Salary = Commission - Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
