Ironclad, a leader in specialty containment and waste management, offers the benefits of a large company with the close-knit feel of a small one, plus competitive benefits and career growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop the assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and following up on referrals, while setting appointments and delivering sales presentations. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific requirements, including proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Lead solution development to meet customer needs, coordinating with necessary team members. • Offer technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites. Disclaimer: This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer **Job Qualifications:** • 4+ years' sales experience OR a bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years' sales experience • Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com • Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through • Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment which includes working underneath equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials • Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals • Communicate clearly: both verbal and written • Strong computer skills • Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred • Preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration and either Petrochemical, Construction, Mining or Oil & Gas fluid and solid management • Valid Driver's License • Up to 10% overnight travel required
