This dynamic role allows you to showcase your sales skills while representing a trusted leader in the commercial cleaning industry. **Responsibilities:** - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Louisville, Shelbyville and Southern Indiana areas. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Conduct sales presentations to showcase our cleaning services and solutions. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. - Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions. - Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the service industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets. - Door to door cold calling on targeted businesses from supplied lead lists. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - High school diploma required; - Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. **About Us:** Office Pride of Louisville-Shelbyville has been a trusted name in commercial cleaning for over 25 years.
