# Outside Processing Coordinator / Driver **Department:** Shipping & Receiving **Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Pay:** Up to $25.00 per hour (DOE) **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ## Position Overview Axian Technology is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Outside Processing Coordinator / Driver** to join our Shipping & Receiving team. This position is responsible for coordinating the movement of parts that require outside processing, preparing purchase orders, and transporting parts to and from local vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of accuracy and on-time delivery in a precision manufacturing environment. This role is critical to maintaining production schedules and ensuring our customers receive quality products on time. ## Responsibilities - Prepare purchase orders for parts requiring outside processing. - Coordinate the shipment of parts to outside processing vendors according to production priorities. - Deliver and pick up parts from vendors throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. - Verify that all parts, travelers, purchase orders, and documentation are accurate before deliveries and pickups. - Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor transactions. - Communicate with vendors regarding scheduling, delivery status, and completion dates. - Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Shipping & Receiving to support production schedules. - Ensure parts are properly packaged and protected during transportation. - Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. - Follow all company safety policies and traffic regulations. - Assist with other Shipping & Receiving duties as needed. ## Required Qualifications - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude. ## Preferred Qualifications - Previous delivery driver experience. - Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. - Experience creating purchase orders or coordinating outside vendors is a plus. ## Compensation & Benefits - Up to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid holidays - Paid sick time - Stable, full-time employment with opportunities for growth **AXIAN TECHNOLOGY IS A DRUG FREE COMPANY**
