Our comprehensive, individualized treatment approach supports adolescents and adults struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking an **Outpatient Therapist with strong DBT skills training experience** to facilitate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) groups and provide exceptional clinical care. This role will play a key part in delivering structured, skills-based treatment with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). If you are passionate about behavioral healthcare and experienced in DBT-informed treatment, we encourage you to apply. **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM **Compensation:** $53,000 – $57,000 (dependent on experience, education, and licensure) * * * ### **Key Responsibilities** - Facilitate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) group therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on **DBT skills training**, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness - Deliver structured, curriculum-based DBT groups and reinforce skills application in daily functioning - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams - Integrate DBT principles into individual sessions and crisis interventions as clinically indicated - Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews - Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and external providers - Maintain a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week while supporting program needs - Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives - Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations * * * ### **Qualifications** - Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health) from an accredited institution, including completion of a clinical internship/practicum - **Experience providing DBT skills training in a group setting required** **Pyramid CORE Values:** We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
