Our individualized treatment approach makes us an invaluable resource for adults and adolescents struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are currently seeking an **Outpatient Therapist** to facilitate **Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)** groups and provide exceptional care to our clients. This role focuses on supporting adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns through evidence-based group and individual interventions in a collaborative outpatient setting. If you are passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and build the skills needed for lasting recovery, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. ### Schedule - **Monday–Thursday:** 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM **or** 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM - **Flexible schedule on Fridays** ### Compensation **$53,000–$57,000 annually**, based on experience, education, and licensure. ### Responsibilities - Facilitate group therapy sessions within a Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. - Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation to support symptom management, coping skills, and recovery. - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity and quality of care. - Communicate and coordinate treatment with referral sources, families, and external providers, as appropriate. - Maintain a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week while meeting program needs. - Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations. ### Qualifications **Education:** Master's Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, including completion of a clinical-based internship. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services. - Experience facilitating group therapy. - Experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, or other mental health conditions. - Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed interventions, ACT, or other cognitive and behavioral approaches is preferred. - Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. **Pyramid CORE Values:** We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
