We’re currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients across the lifespan through one of our trusted outpatient clinic partners in California. **What You'll Do** As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: - Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans - Provide short-term therapy services (12-week model) for patients of all ages - Treat a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders (SUD), and maternal mental health conditions - Deliver 45-minute intake and therapy sessions - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatry, crisis services, and case management - Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset **More About the Role** - **Setting:** 100% Remote | Outpatient clinic based in California - **Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week in PST - **Appointments:** 45 minutes for intakes and individual sessions - **Administrative time:** Included within schedule - **Caseload:** Approx. 6–8 clients per day - **Patient Population:** All ages - **Languages:** Spanish fluency required **Additional Details:** - Short-term, structured therapy model (approx. 12 weeks) - Seeking team-oriented clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment - Experience working with immigrant populations is a plus **Why Iris Telehealth?** - **Mission-Driven Work:** At Iris Telehealth, our mission is at the heart of everything we do: increasing access to high-quality mental health care.
