Collaborates with other departments to integrate clinical education programs. - Develops and implements clinical education programs for all non-provider clinical personnel. - Completes short and long-term planning for clinical education programs. - Oversees the creation, monitoring, and delivery of curriculum throughout the organization. - Provides support for ongoing development and maintenance of standards for performance and clinical outcomes. - Travels throughout the region to multiple medical practices and ambulatory centers. - Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. - Ensures clinical education programs meet regulatory requirements. - Supervises all non-provider clinical personnel. - Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of clinical education programs. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** • Knowledge of governmental clinical quality programs (MIPS, HEDIS, etc.) [Required] • Knowledge of clinical operations in an ambulatory environment, particularly in a hospital aligned physician practice.
