You'll use evidence-based approaches such as **Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)** and **Motivational Interviewing (MI)** while working alongside a **multidisciplinary treatment team**. **Caseload:** Typically 80–85 clients (*Supported by dedicated administrative staff to reduce non-clinical workload*) **What You'll Do** - Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy - Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation - Collaborate with internal teams and external providers - Participate in team meetings and case consultations - Follow up on missed appointments to support client engagement **Qualifications** - Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field - **LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, or LPC** (or eligible-new graduates encouraged to apply) - Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a mental health setting - Valid driver's license or State ID for current State of residence. * * * Our Outpatient Program provides therapy services to individuals across their lifespan at all clinic locations.
