As an Outpatient Clinics Support Coordinator, you will: • Perform Insurance Verification and manages pre-authorizations for Center for Fitness & Health • Specialized Scheduling: Coordinates scheduling patient appointments for both Center for Fitness & Health & Outpatient Infusion Center • Perform accurate and timely billing of services in EMR • Manage high volume calls in a timely manner and maintains professionalism and interpersonal skills • Greet patients, verify demographic/insurance information, and serve as the primary point of contact for navigating the infusion and rehab process. • Act as a liaison between patients, referring physicians, and clinical staff to streamline care delivery • Additional Duties & Assigned: Attend staff meetings, maintain office supplies, and assist with basic clinic operations • Participates in department improvement initiatives and data gathering Qualified candidates will possess: • High School Diploma or GED • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient medical setting.
