Develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients, catering to your preferences. Provide evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to a varied clientele. Collaborate and contribute actively within a multi-disciplinary team environment to enhance client care. Commit to ongoing professional development through monthly training sessions and other educational opportunities. Requirements: Independent licensure required Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records preferred CANS certification required. May be obtained through online training Organization and time management Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
