Position Summary On Deck Deliveries is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Outbound Associate to help prepare deliveries for success. In this role, you'll pull, stage, verify, and prepare products for daily delivery routes while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Responsibilities - Pull and stage products for scheduled delivery routes. - Verify labels, scan items, and ensure order accuracy. - Prepare items for loading, including wrapping and protecting products when needed. - Support White Glove and specialty deliveries by confirming all parts and accessories are included. - Assist with unloading inbound shipments when needed. - Report damaged or incorrect items immediately. - Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. - Help maintain warehouse inventory and supplies. Qualifications - Ability to lift and move furniture and other heavy items safely. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Reliable attendance and punctuality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience is preferred but not required. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
