This role is the operational and cultural anchor of our Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) program — responsible for the day-to-day performance of our brick-and-mortar clinic and associated satellite and mobile medication unit locations. The right candidate brings both the regulatory expertise to run a highly compliant OTP program and the leadership presence to build a team that delivers excellent, dignified care. You will partner closely with the Medical Director on clinical oversight and report directly to the Care Community Leader to advance the clinic’s strategic goals. **What You'll Lead:** **Team Operations Leadership** Running a high-performing, member-centered clinic is at the heart of this role.
