Otolaryngologist

We are seeking a BE/BC General Otolaryngologist to join our thriving well-established practice in Maryland. You will have the opportunity to build your own patient panel with ample time to grow the practice and improve overall quality of life for our patients. This role will report to the Medical Director. **DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:** - Provide full-time comprehensive ENT services. - Opportunity to work with experienced clinic staff who are proficient in assistance with in-office procedures (i.e. balloon sinuplasty, turbinate reduction, pressure equalization tube placement, minor sinus surgery, closed nasal reduction, removal of small skin lesions, abscess drainage, etc.). - Excellent referral base ripe for growing a thriving general ENT practice. - General ENT Call (no oromaxillofacial injury call) 1 week a month. **EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** - Board-certified or eligible Otolaryngologist - Highly proficient and confident in clinical and surgical ENT care - General ENT would be the best fit, but fellowship trained applicants interested in a mixed practice will be considered **COMPENSATION DETAILS:** - Year 1: Guaranteed salary with additional performance-based bonus available - Year 2+: Great earning potential - On call pay additional $700 / day ($4,900 per week) - Productivity incentive - Immediate Partner Status - Equity ownership in form of stock options included in comp package - Major medical health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Disability insurance - Life insurance - Retirement Plan with a match - Paid vacation - Paid occurrence-based medical liability insurance with tail coverage - Substantial CME and dues allowance - Relocation assistance provided **WHAT ENT BALTIMORE OFFERS:** - A busy, well-established, dynamic otolaryngology practice with another board-certified otolaryngologist - Quality of life with flexible work week options - no nights, weekends or holidays - A full complement of ancillary services is available, including audiology, and hearing aid sales - Enjoy a broad spectrum of cases and patients of all ages **LOCATION:** - Maryland schools (Hopkins, University of Maryland, George Washington etc.) - DC is 45mi away - Excellent parks, outdoor activities, Chesapeake Bay etc. - Cost of living near Baltimore is less but excellent access to DC Availability: Otolaryngology residents and fellows who are completing their training and available during 2026 and the summer of 2027, as well as Otolaryngologists who have work experience are all welcome to apply and will all be strongly considered.
