The OCM Specialist (Junior) supports the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and reports to the OCM Lead. This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite presence requested in Washington, D.C.. **This position is for a proposal and is pending funding/award.** **Role Summary** The OCM Specialist supports workforce readiness and adoption efforts for the transition to Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring users are prepared for new processes and system functionality. **Key Responsibilities** - Support communication campaigns related to Oracle Cloud HCM rollout - Assist in development of training materials for Oracle HCM modules - Support stakeholder engagement and change readiness assessments - Track training completion and adoption metrics - Assist with go-live and post-deployment support **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree - Up to ~3 years of experience in communications, HR, or project support **Preferred Qualifications** - Exposure to OCM in system implementations or ERP/HCM deployments - Familiarity with ADKAR or similar frameworks - Prosci Change Management Certification (or similar) *PCI Federal (PCIF) and its subsidiaries are an equal-opportunity employer.
