Order Selector

The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and pulling products from warehouse racks according to customer orders. This role requires operating a pallet jack, organizing and stacking cases efficiently onto pallets, and transporting completed orders to the dock for loading. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that operates in a production-based pay structure, rewarding efficiency and accuracy. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Operate an electric pallet jack to navigate the warehouse and retrieve products. - Select products from racks according to order specifications and ensure order accuracy. - Stack cases securely and efficiently on pallets to prevent damage during transport. - Deliver completed orders to the designated dock area for truck loading. - Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency to meet production-based pay requirements. - Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, including proper lifting techniques. - Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or malfunctions. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Experience in a warehouse or order selection role preferred but not required. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order specifications. - Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-production environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. **Physical Requirements:** - Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently and occasionally up to 90 lbs. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the entirety of the shift. - Frequent stooping, kneeling, and reaching overhead. - Ability to work in various warehouse conditions, including ambient, refrigerated, and freezer environments.
